i'm trying to put a 3 bar map in my 2000 civic but not sure about wiring the connector.do i cut the factory connector off and wire it same as factory or is there a different way u have to wire the gm connector...the 3 bar i'm using is a gm part number 12223861..let me know

No just get a harness from your local junk yard off a camero or firebird and mayby the cracker jack box style s10's, just just the three wires and get a razor blade to cut agrooves to fit the 3bar. A new harness from GM was 89 bones. Junkyard 5 bones. And just splice them in accordingly
