Default fuel pump power questions

hey all i have a 92 civic that i just put a b16 with greddy turbo kit it had a d16z6 in it im using a dohc delsol harness. its a brand new engine and it wouldnt fire so i checked for spark and it has it, but no fuel. the question i have is the fuel pump gets no power. i tested the wires at the pump and there getting no power even with key on. not even for the normal few seconds. so i hooked up 12v power to the pump from my jumpit pack and the car fired right up. so i was wondering what powers the pump does it have a fuel pump relay? or is it powered buy the ecm relay? thanks for any help
Bryan

The fuel pump relay is on the fuse block under the dash. Take the rear defogger relay from under the hood fuse block and trade them and it should fix the problem.
