Thanks for the advice. i think at first im going to just run n/a then save for internals and turbo.

I think you'll be alot better off with the H22A then. You're gonna find ALOT of parts available for that motor vs. the F22.

Try nitrous? That block should be good for a good shot :)

idk how much work it is to run the extra lines for the vtech. and i kinda of wanted to stay with the f22b series. all my exhaust would hook up to that motor idk if it would hook up to the h22 block or not, plus the h22 is like 1000 more than the f22b. i was thinking if the h23 here is the same motor in japan as the f22b than the aftermarket cams and stuff would fit i would think.

I know the motors are extremely similar, you wouldn't have to worry about hooking up VTEC if you bought the whole motor, it will already be set up. The ECU controls it. However you might have to add in a wire for the VTEC solenoid to the ECU (there might be some other things to add) but I am sure its an easy swap because I know the chasis is extremely similar between the Accords and Preludes.

Yeah that would be a good way to go, my friend brole 11's with a stock motor and a 75 shot! Do it!!!!

only the 1st gen h22 came closed deck. and you HAVE to resleeve when u change the pistons. it has something to do with the sleeves. if u dont sleeve its gonna smoke like a mofo. i think its the material that the sleeve is made out of its not the same as the b and d series stuff. my cousin told me. i forgot. ill ask him and let u guys know
