Default f22 block

I was wondering if a 98 f22 block will fit in my 91 accord my friend has this block with a h22 head and he wants to sell the motor to me. i was wondering if the block will bolt up to the stock motor mounts?

Default Re:f22 block

I know the 94-97 models used the f22b1 and f22b2 blocks (b1 is vtec) which are quite similar to your f22aX in your 4th gen accord. The upper models had the F23aX motor which came in vtec and non vtec flavors.

In response to your question, yes the things will bolt up pretty much the same, head swaps get a little tricky but people have done it all.
