just like jose put it ur all ******* this is jose and i realm eat ---- nuckas, that head as well as many others are all found in the accords but it will be a headache just like bigdaddy put it, get the valve job on the h22 head and sale the f20 head will save u problems in the long run but if you want to do it go for it, go search at cb7tuner.com for more info.
there is more head swap and frankinstein motors info on the site then you can shake a stick at

there are many f20's.

f20a dohc and sohc(both non vtak)
f20b dohc vtec(sir accords)
and f20c, which is the s2k engine.

if this guy is talking about the dohc f20b head, then it the SAME as an h22 head.

(in the post above, I know the Euro-R head is the same as the H22 (asnd the h23a) dumb ***... He however seems to be confused... )

 

ok the heads are the same, the only difference that i could find is that the f20b head has type-s cams in it, and most likely the rest of the type-s valve train as well.

the heads arent the same, neither are the bores of the engines they came with. theres a corelation there if you really think about it, i just dont feel like correcting all of you.

but the castings are the same
