engine won't start, please help

Default engine won't start, please help

alright, so i was crusing down a road going 50 mph. I let off the gas and when i touched the throttle i heard a faint pop and now then my car shut off. Now it turns over, no codes are being thrown, but the engine wont' start. Its a d15 btw.

If your belt is coo check for spark and fuel and go from there, if you get no spark the first thing i would check is the coil inside your distributor, they are notoious for going out.... peace!

I have the same problem on my van, I was driving and then it just died but started right back up. So a few days later Im driving everything is fine get home park . 5 min later i come out and it wont start wont even turn over?? ANY ideas?

when its not starting you need to figure out whats going. Pull a spark plug and see if you are getting spark, I like to put my tounge on the end of the wire while someone cranks it. You'll know if your getting spark or not. If your ok there check for fuel, obvisouly you should be able to smell it. Ensure the fuel pump is turning on, make sure the injectors are firing,
