Default Electrical problems...Helpppp pleasee

Ok.
I got a short in my car a few days ago...blew 60amp main fuse...I replaced it, but when I start the car it starts and stalls and the main relay begins to go crazy and the check engine lights flashes really quick and the light on the ecu to....it's not a code it just flashes really quick in sequence with the relay clicking...I got another relay and same thing.
What could it be?? anyone can help?

yeah I did....I think I got the problem though...the ignition switch...it was already a bit messed up.
It's the only thing that is driectly connected to the 60amp fuse after the alternator. From their it goes to the relay...but the relay seems fine...I got another one from the yunkyard, but that one is faulty.
