I'm going to use vitaras, so I think sleeved block will be a little overkill anyway, lol. It sucks to hear that you guys get a sleeved block for the price we pay for getting it bored, though...

Anyway, turns out I know someone who know someone who can fix it for a decent price, so I'm going with the 75.5 vitaras now. Just need to decide what p2w clearance I want.

I was thinking around 250whp, max 300. So after what I've read I'm guessing about .003-.004 clearance would be OK(?)

That sounds about right, IIRC that 400hp D was at .45?

So you should be fine.
