i agree with Doc that crank pulleys and their bolts are a bunch of bitches!!!! i too have had my share of cursing and long stand offs with them. i do however recommend you use that cover you never know what can get stuck in there and ---- your day up...
as for the upper timing belt cover isay forget about it it doesnt really do ---- but get in the way. just use the bottom one for sure....

as far as timing covers you are definatly going to have to get a ZC one, because there are no 1.6l DOHC D-series engines that has the driverside mount setup like that for the hole. The 88-89 integra one might work with some mods. To bad I have a bunch of them laying around and I'm simply to lazy to ship if your local you can come pick one up np.
