do i really need/want a oil catch can

i was looking into it with since i am going turbo i don't want that oil going through my i/c. Where i come from (teamintegra) they swear you need a vacuum sorce hooked up to the valve cover. What do you guys think?

just route a hose from the valve cover down behind the block. Drain that ---- into the street. ;)

well its not really a team...its what the website is called (teamintegra.net) They swear you need some kind of vacuum to pull some of those vapors out. I wanted to others opinions.

that's not a drain.. it's a fresh air tube for your crank case.

the drain is the PCV valve on the back of the block.

If you plan on taking it to the track they will require you to have a catch can. They're cheap to make and easy to install.

where do these mofuckers go? where that black can is already on the back of my block?

taht black can that hangs off the firewall is the charcol canister and the black thing off the back of the block is the oil breather that needs to go to a catch can as well.

U don't need 1, but if you race your car, I would recomend 1. U also need to hook it up in some way where the intake has a vacume to pull the air through. That way it works better. If u have a turbo then you can route it to a brather filter or just let the other open. 98ctr

PS: the old one has a verry good diagram on his web site.

Where? I can't seem to find it. Could you put a link to it? It not listed under Oil catch or anything like that.
