dizzy timing and idle???
ok.. first, this could have gone in the engine management section, But it has nothing to do with fuel. Nor am I turbo'd so I just kept it here. so :P !
here my question. If the dizzy was advacned or retarded too much could it cause a stumbling idle?

Be sure that all your tune up parts are up to Par, and yes a slight vacuum leak could do the same thing.
timing shouldnt really cause that, unless the dizzy was ------- cranked all the way retarded. But that would be pretty obvious, serious lack of power too.
Let us know what you find.

i thought a vac leak would make the idle high? we''.. if u seen my webpage you will see that the vac lines are red and the car is blue, damn previous owner. So Im gunna change those out to blue ones anyways.. maybe that will fix it..
tune up parts are aok. new plugs/wires/dizzy (yes, the entire dizzy). Fuel filter is new.
i do need to replace the air filter for my short ram intake tohugh.. would that cause it?
