you said that`s a new built.
what happened to the engine before you rebuld it?
did u resurface the head?
did u deck the block?
did u use new HG?
did u tork it down correctly?

No I didn't build it, I purchased it from hmotorsonline. This kind of ---- is bad news. Fortunatly though it looks like I WILL be rebuilding it soon!

Jay, you pm me to tell me to check out the last post of this thread, and there still isn't an answer to whats going on.
The coolant hoses is definately something you should have 50 people double check after you hook it up. There's no way a motor would run at all if the coolant was coming in through any other places (with that much coming out)
I didn't think of the hoses, but that HAS to be it. Come on, give us some good news.

bet you mixed a coolant and a vaccuum hose idiot, my friend did this before, hmotors online comp and leakdown tests all their motors

Ok, say I mixed up the hoses. Now lets say I go back and fix them today. What the hell should I do about all the coolant in the cylinders and the milky sludge on the valve springs and in the oil (shows on dipstick)?

drain as much of it as you can, put new coolant and oil, run for 20 minutes to burn off any excess in the motor, than come back and change the coolant and oil one more time. (If you want to do it right.)
