DA ball joints???

Upper or lower? If it's upper, don't try and press that ---- out. You 'can' buy just an upper joint without the whole control arm, but that never works out. Buy a whole upper arm.

If it's lower and if you don't have an air hammer, your time is probably worth more than taking your spindle to the back door of a shop and paying some grease monkey $5 to slam a new one in for you.

Lower ball joints. The upper is part of the upper control arm and you need to buy the whole arm and ball joint. At least thats what the haynes manual says.

Awesome. I was just wondering about this.

My 250k mi plus ball joints are finally wearing out on the bottom and I was hoping not to have to take the spindle to the shop.

If there is a part that I don't want to go cheap is the ball joint. I don't want to loose my wheel like some civic I saw on the side of the highway
