i have a d16y8 goin into a 91 std... i need to kno if i will need a resistor box, ive had a few people tell me yes, same amount sed no... i have nearly all my needed parts to finish my hmt setup, and these last few things r kickin me in the *****, so to anybody that knows what theyre talkin about. do i need a resistor box on my y8?

Your 91 has a resistor box in it. That will not work with OBDII injectors. So you would technically need to remove your resistor box you currently have in your car to use the OBDII injectors. I would just use the OBD0 ones in your car right now.

 

std/dx's didnt have reistor boxes. If you use obdo 88-91 injectors you need the box if not 92+ you do not
