Default d16y5 ??'s

i got a 98 civic with a d16y5. it has vtec-e. which is the economical version of vtec. has anyone ever boosted one of these? if so, or if you can answer, it has the o2 sensor in the exhaust manifold then it has the second one below the cat, how do i bypass the second one? also can yo ustill feel the vtec kick in with hmt?

vtec-e doesnt kick in its kicks out
but ur bottom end should make an easy 220whp
