D16A6 vs. D16Z6 crank

Well I have a D16Z6 that needs a crank, but I have a A6 crank, can someone tell me if there the same or if they are pretty close. I want to try the Unmini-me motor but I need a crank.

there specs are the exact same, but the z6 crank is better becasue it was designed with for higher revving vtec motor.

Well then how is it "better" than a a6 crank? what is different about a z6 crank than a A6. I've had them sitting side by side, and they look identicle to me.
