Will a D16a1 swap into a 4th gen civic hb si?

Nope, front motor mount doesnt even line up close, Bell housing bolts for tranny are way differnt too.

It will swap into a 3g Civic but it would be best to find a 3g Si, with MPFI. They are hard to come by.

well could i ha ve a differnt year that would bolt up or are all the integra motors that are d16's not able to fit

Nope, the older D16's will not bolt in, 86-89..

the newer tegs are B18's and that requires a mount kit to use when installing them on a 4g crx.

You have a few options,
D16z6 Or a ZC (which is basically the same thing as a D16a1) but the correct mounts, and a bit more hp.
