The vx head has small valves and very small ports. It also has VTEC-E. This could be a problem if you chose to run a stock p28. The maps will be very off, and I would suggest finding another head.
VTEC-E vtec engagement works differently from the standard sohc vtec setup. A VTEC-E motor normally runs on 12 valves and when running a stock 92-95 VTEC-E computer, it'll engage vtec around 3000rpm, allowing the "shut-down intake valve per cylider" to function and perform just like a normal 16 valve head.
Again, look for a different head if you are not willing to tune/find a rom dump for a vx motor.

Got a Question I took off RP17 and RP18 and i put a JUMPER WIRE a welding wire on RP18 i plug it in i started the car CEL is now on.... u guys know the problem...? The car i put it on no CEL when i put my ecu CEL is "ON" Thats the deal.
