Default D15Z6

Whats the difference between D15Z6 and D16Y engines?

is it possible to take the rods and pistons and crank from a Y engine and put in the D15 block?

I am from Croatia and I have EK d15z6. Forget about swaping rods just buy d16a6 block and put that sucker in. Head from z6 fits, but because I did not do that yet I will say I am 99% shure.
I am puting turbo on my Civic. I was runing 50shots nitrous this seazon but now I want more power so I am going turbo.
