D15b with D16y7?

Hey guys, quick question. Is the block from a D15b7 interchangable with a d16y7? crank, cylinders, pisotns, rods all the same...? Thanks

No the main bearings are smaller on the D15 block plus with the shorter deck the pistons would stick out of the block.
