JDM D15b Boost +DX tranny good or bad

I would want the Si tranny. Shorter gears and larger bearings. The DX will do for daily driving though. I kinda liked my long geared DX, but it was slowing me down.

I've had both.. and still do. The turbo dx tranny was nice and long, BUT it bogged like *** off the line. The Si/EX tranny doesnt. If I could build a tranny I'd have the Si first gear and the rest would be dx.

Re:JDM D15b Boost +DX tranny good or bad
My DX tranny handled 9 bottles of 75shot, and never broke. SO the bearing thing, might not be a concern, but I've heard the Si/Ex tranny can knock .2 of your times.. I've keeping my DX for now.
I've heard a romor ( maybe true, maybe not ) that the top speed of the Si tranny is around 130mph... If you wanna go faster ( and your insane if your driving a 88-91 ), then you'd have to use the DX, IF the rumor is true...
