Alright I found the problem.

When I checked my plugs I should have looked at the ring gasket around them closer, one of them had been flatened a little and was letting combustion gas and pressure by it. The plug diode and porcelin itself was perfect on all of them. I realized it because there was more dirt and grime in the number 2 plug hole then the others. I replaced the plugs and its fine now.

I guess what was happening was the gasket would stay shut for a minute or two when cold due to the grime build up around it. Then it would start leaking pressure untill the motor became fully warm and perhaps the aluminum block threads and gasket expanded enough to seal back up. Thats my theory.

I needed a new distributor and fuel filter anyways so Im not mad I tried those first. I just wish I had seen the plug gasket sooner, especially since the first reply was to check plugs.

Anyways, thank you ibby, crxfreak, abaz, and whitey for all your help and replies. I appreciated all of them and they have alerted me to other things I was unaware of that could be a fix for a problem like this if I encounter it again. Thanks again!
