Been having this problem for a while now but its pretty dam ------- weird

You can go for a 30 mile drive, car running perfect the whole time and say you turn the car off and then start it withing 5 seconds itll continue to run perfect and startup and idle just where it was 5 seconds ago (750)

But if you shut the car off and come back 5min-30min later, maybe even longer, itll startup, run for about 2 seconds then go fairly lean (18:1) and then the rpms just drop low and the car dies.

You can fight it by pressing the throttle but the car soudns like ---- and it runs lean.

You can also just start driving the car (which I hate doing cause its not warmed up) and once youre driving for 15 seconds or so, itll run just ------- fine with no problems until you turn it off again.

I tried richening up the idle and I like the car how its sits @ 14:1 right now and it still does it

The car is a crx, turboedit, 450's, gm 3 bar running ng55 code I believe

I had a similar problem on my 90' integra, I replaced the main relay, and it hasnt done it since.

i have the same type problem mine is from cold start it will lean spike untill i drive it for about 15sec. i read on pgmfi that its a common problem at least with older uber somthing to do with one of the temp sensors i believe. only thing i think you can do is re burn the rom with a different program or version i think crome offers adjustment for the different sensors.. too bad it looks like your obd0

my old uberdata did that for serveral years.. i finally switch to crome this past year and it went away. That was the main reason for my switch

Its running LEAN on the warm start

Would a main relay possibly cause that?

When its cold out and cold start I will idle at 1500 til it warms up, when its warm out and im driving itll idle @ 700

But when its hot out and I come back out 30 min later and try and start it it just wants to die and cut out and I have to peddle it to keep it alive.

Where would I make the adjustment?

I dont hear the relay clicking but im running open 3" downpipe

My car idles really low like 600 and when I try and richen it up at idle I cannot restart the car and keep it running, it just leans out. The only way I can get it so it will start up when warm and actually keeep running (even though it runs like ----) is to have my car idle at about 13.8-14:1 AFR

If I lean it out any more the thing just leans right out and cuts off and the idle seems to drop even more

mine does the same, its most likely the main relay. when you shut the car off and recrank right away theres still fuel pressure so its fine, wait a few minutes and the pressure drops, when the main relay quits it doesnt get fuel except whats in the rail.

Someone told me it was just turboedit not readjusting for the heatsoak in the motor

Or is it a main relay problem here?

well, im running crome, and i have the problem, so i cant blame my situation on TE, but i wont garentee its the main relay.
