hey are the ls rs gs cams good for 7-10+hp in the b20b?
do i need the matching integra cam gears. what belt?

98 crv ex

are they the same cams 90 to 00?

i think i asked this before, but is there enough power in the b16 to move the crv(4wd 5 spd)? or is a gsr swap the only option.

 

i throught i saw some white up saying the crv and Ls shares the same cams

they are diffrent and i think it was using LS cams in a b20 adds 8 hp or someting like that.

lol... yes the intake cam has a little more duration on the b18b compared to the b20b (98 and down), however the B20Z (99 Up) has the same cams as the b18b and slightly higher compression pistons compared to the b20b... YOU WILL NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE FROM SWAPPING CAMS... Save your time.

 

just use the head, of either one.

 

yeah CRV/VTEC...that should give you some assdyno power
