first off what is the distibutor timing set at on a D16A6? i have a HF chassis and the hood says 12 -/+2, is it the same on a A6? i also run 92oct in my ride.

next is: are the timing marks on a D16A6 and D16Y7 crank pulleys the same?

oh and what should the compression be on a D16A6? not that im suprized or anything but we got 145-150psi across the cylinders in my car and would like to know how far off its from 'new' motor specs. suppost to be like 180 right?

just need to verify the info floating in my head is correct...thanks!

150 is fine... I wouldnt worry about it unless you had one low cylinder.. I think spec is upper 100's though.

A6 timing is 18 +/- 2degrees

As far as marks on the crank pulleys, I have no idea, I would assume they are the same, but I'm not 100% certain. Just bring it to TDC and see if they are or not.
