Confusing oil consumption. Need thoughts
Built a new exhaust for it a couple weeks ago. No cat, just resonator to thrush muffler.
I'm gonna go take the bitch to the store and then do a compression test on it.

Took bitch to store. The engine itself was smoking because I ran it without the dipstick in. I was thinking blocked pcv, ran it with no dipstick, and it leaked oil all over. haha.
Compression tester has a stripped thread or something. The bitch won't thread in. The car's always had some good piston slap when cold, especially in the winter. I think I'm going to drive it until the oil light comes on, and then mash it to see how long before a rod chucks out the block. ---- this car.
