Ok so I went through and tested everything with a mutimeter and ----.
What I found:
Injectors-Good
Resister Box-Good
Wires from injectors to resistor box-good
Wires from injectors to ECU-Good
Continutiy from cylinder 1 and 3-Good
Wait a minute that not suppose to be like that is it? No. Somehow the wires are touching in the wireloom. Don't know how but I bet it was when I was pulling out the harness myself or the kid that sold the engine harness to me. I will unplug the engine harness form the chassis harness to see who was at fault then fix the problem. Hope it runs tonight.

Yeah sorry chris. Things are tight since I have moved out of my parents house. I forgot how to budget my money but I remember now. I don't know when my phone will be turned on but hopefuly next month. If you want to call me my # is 484-7230. Home phone. thanks chris
