Default Clutch/Tranny problems

I have two problems with my clutch/trany...

first, there is a loud ticking noise during acceleration, coming from the tranny side of the car. it only happens during acceleration, there is no problem in nuetral, idle,or deceleration.

second my clutch pedal feels kind of wierd. it is a hydro tranny (96 Y. when i let the clutch pedal out, there are two clicks (feeling) and then it is fully out. it is no big deal, it just bugs me sometimes.

it sounds like it is in reverse, but it is in a drive gear.

Loud ticking all the time could be the ISB Bearing.

ISB?? it isn't all the time. only when its moving in gear, or if i'm coasting to a stop with it in neutral, AND the clutch pedal out. if its in its quiet.
