Default Clutch Slipping...

I drive a Honda Civic D16z6 Garrett t3 turbo with an exedy Stage 2 clutch... supposed to hold up to 250 hp... I am running 8lbs of boost.... whenever I drive my car for a long period...or a lot a day...the clutch starts slipping horribly... when my car is cool again...like when i work and get off at night...it is totally fine....

what the ---- is wrong..?
