Default Clutch not disengaging from f/w

Hello All.....So i decided it was time to upgrade. I have a 93 teg, ys1 cable tranny. Went with an lsd 6 puck sprung and an hd pp. Everything was put back together correctly, the clutch was installed the correct way, and the pp was torqued down to specs, new t/o bearing with the fork and spring installed correclty, flywheel was scuffed, and all particulates were removed.

I got in the car and was able to move it through all of the gears. When i started the car, pushed in the clutch and tried to put it into gear...wouldnt go....i tried every gear while the car was on and it wouldnt go....i have plenty of pressure at the pedal, ive adjusted the cable down, and up and still no luck. I need to know if anybody has ran into this before, or if im just fucked and have to pull the ---- apart again to find out nothings wrong. Ive heard of people adding spacers to the cable, but wanted to check before i try something like that. thanks for helping me out so far turbohf, just trying to get a few more heads together to see if somethin else is out there!
