thank you guys i greatyapprciate your help.. i did all and see nothing wrong i replaced the timing belt andit still did it. so i figured out that it was the main shaft bearing where te tranny sits. i took off my head and seen nothing wrong. so i got great dal on another motor and i am just going to sell yhad on e-bay. because by th time i end up replacing te head gasket and the bearig and all that i can gt his other motor. but thank you. you guys hlped alot. mst of these **** around here wont help yu unless u give them cash and i am not all about just giving cash away ya kno.
