Upper ball joint.

Jack up the front end of the car and try to move the tire...pushing/pulling while holding the tire at the 12 o`clock and 6 o`clock positions while watching the upper ball joint for movement.

The front suspension is made up of many wear items.
The best thing to do is jack the car, and move the wheel side to side. There should be little to no movement when tilting the wheel up and down. that will check your upper and lower ball joints.
When rocking the wheel side to side there should be very little play also, this is to check play on the tie rod ends.
When rocking the wheel if there is play this can also be the wheel bearings.
Then visually inspect all of the bushings,.
There is also the stabilizer bar ends (make sure they are not broken).
The upper control arms and the struts, and the upper strut bushing.
