Default Civic Crazy

guys it's me again I know I've been askin' crazy how too's sorry.. Lately me and a couple of friends of mine have gonna civic crazy we've picked up a 91DX, 92DX, and I just brought an 87 civic for 50. bucks it's in great condition ac, ps etc.. the only problem is that it has a cracked head, plus it's automatic, but thats okay cause it's gonna be our poster child I really wonna know is it possible to convert the carburetor to MPFI? our goal with this one is to take out the engine rebuild it, suspension work, great paint job, etc... nothing big or flashly except the paint

maybe an older crx Si head / manifold would work?

when you say older you mean the 84-87 models

its a big pain in the *** dude, need to run all new fuel lines, convert the entire dash and engine harness over, so you can run a fuel injected setup. Its really not worth it, unless you had a parts doner car and alot of free time.

yup true.
And some carburated engine have no fuelpump, so need to replace the whole tank...
carb to FI hmmm a pain ... but as Jeff said..if you have that it would be a lot of fun though.

let's put it this way I crashed my 88si Rex last week, and the nothing happened to the motor, but I sold my tranny, and I'm left with the head, and all the etc... so I do have the time, and the parts for the job. I would just like someone to point me in the right direction...
