Default chipped my crank pulley - ok still? (pic inside)

didnt know they were so brittle, wacked it with a hammer to loosen it up and chipped a piece off.. its from a ls motor




should this be ok to use ? or is it gona be off balance bad or some ----

I've used worse on my last LS motor, and ironically it was the only motor I had that didnt spin a bearing lol.

what is that the ac belt?
run it, if you toss a belt change it

its the power steering belt on that part

bah its fine....

i have a CTR pulley that has a chip in it (about half that size) and its obviously on the alternator belt part, been like that for over 3k miles with absolutely no issues....

how about i add some jb weld lol,

or cut a little off the opposite side.. probly wouldnt help

omg that piece weighs like 1/4 of a gram!!! your fine... even after 100K when it finally ***** your oil pump up, its a ------ LS... youll live, world will continue to spin, etc...

Thats what my pulley looks like....no problems here.....rare to see an old pulley w/o a chip out of it
