chipped my crank pulley - ok still? (pic inside)
didnt know they were so brittle, wacked it with a hammer to loosen it up and chipped a piece off.. its from a ls motor

I've used worse on my last LS motor, and ironically it was the only motor I had that didnt spin a bearing lol.

bah its fine....
i have a CTR pulley that has a chip in it (about half that size) and its obviously on the alternator belt part, been like that for over 3k miles with absolutely no issues.... |

or cut a little off the opposite side.. probly wouldnt help |

Thats what my pulley looks like....no problems here.....rare to see an old pulley w/o a chip out of it
