C1 compession test results

So I look it up and it says possibly worn exhaust cam lobe. So I'm like cool a reason to buy new cams. Then I give each cylinder a few sqirts of oil and damn.

So I guess the rings are shot to, any input on what anyone THINKS it might be would be helpful. Or did I get it all right. Not to mention the bouncing idle but I am going to clean the IACV tomarrow since I didn't find any vacuum leaks.
