A/C help

I recently changed my radiator on the 98 integra and now my A/C doesnt work.When I turn on the A/C it blows hot air and the A/C fan doesnt turn on. WTF is the problem

check the plug to the compressor and the plug to the fan.

ya, and attach those relays back to where they were, because they sometimes use a ground through the mount.
