Bustin coils like whoa

I got a zc in a hatch and ive gone throuht 2 igition coils in the past 2 months. One was brand new. Does anyone else have this problem? I got a coil for a 4th gen si,,, am i using the right one?

maybe you should try an external aftermarket one? warrenty

change the freaking distributor i had the samme freaking problem i went through 4 fucken coils at 60 bux a piece and it turned out the be the dam distribuutor. change that ----. im drunk but i know what im saying . piece of ---- man

lol, did you ever determine what in the coil was causing the coil problems?

?? i just an msd blaster ss external coil and cap. Hopefully it doesnt kill that,,, the only thing that ican think of that would kill the coil is either the igniter or high revs. Well whatever,,,, HOLLER

i changed mine to a msd blasterss and i love it so far. hasnt given me any problems yet. honda coils are notorious bastards, and the parts store ones are worse yet i hear.
