Get Energy suspension bushings, I did just the ones for the struts with the arms on the car.
Basically, I cut out the rubber, and then took my air chisel with a sharp blade bit, put it in there at an angle and work the sleeve a bit, basically be a deep scar in one side, I then carefully placed the bit on the edge of the sleeve and let her go, they just popped out. And it wasn't too much work. The Energy Suspension bushings just slide in then, as they come in halves. A little grease and they work good to go. Get the black ones as they are carbon impregnated to avoid squeaks.
The trailing arm bushings I did in the same way, except that comes in one peice. I just bought a long 3/4" bolt, took an old MK3 VW strut mount and some washers to press than in by hand, again, with only undoing the 2 bolts right at the bushing, pretty easy.

you can do pretty muck all of them with the right amounts of grease and a bench vice. If te trailing arm ones look ok i'd leave them (unless you are all about suspension, and think you need them) the energy kit doesn't include them, you have to buy them seperately, and they are a bitch to take out/ reinstall, that and you will only feel a difference with those particular bushings if you drive real hard. they do make a difference, on a track/canyon car though.

Well.. i have good news.. Moving out in may.. me and the GF have 12g saved up, only going to cost 5-6 to move out, I get half of the left over for car ----!! boooya!
I might just go w/ stock replacements....

possible change... should I just get these.. if you factor in the cost of new bushings and the labor to press in and out these are probably the same right...

energy bushings=stiffer ride=better handling=lots of work if you swap them yourself=lots of money if you have someone else do the work=reason id did mine myself.
doesn't hurt to have a torch handy either. oh, and a second car so you can take your time.
