Default Brakes dragging

The right rear brakes on my '91 CRX Si are dragging, can this be fixed or do I need to replace my caliper?
There was a lot of resisting turning the wheel by hand, and my wheel was almost too hot to touch after I drove it last... Actually, its not dragging at the moment, it freed up after rapping the caliper with a hammer, but I figure it will do it again as soon as I drive it and use the brakes.

You must have done a disc brake conversion because i thought the 91's only came with drums in the rears. But anyway is the ebrake stuck on? It's just that side locked up right? If the other side drags as well, I'd say your ebrake is not releasing. If it's just the one right side, then I think your caliper is shot and probably needs to be replaced.

No, the '91 Si's had disc brakes in the rear stock.
It is only the right side doing it, I guess I need a new caliper. Thanks for the response.

No ---- Maybe I should look into getting a 91 Si disc brake swap for my STD hatch. Didn't know that, but that would be my guess man. I had the same problem on an old Chevy truck of mine. The seal that is supposed to return the piston in the caliper back to the open position was screwed up. It wouldn't release the caliper so while driving home it smoked like a bastard. I'd just replace it to be on the safe side.
