Your throttle body is the same size as a z6. Get a z6 intake manifold which looks the same but has bigger runners.
You could also pick up a B-Series throttle body that is a bolt on for much less.
If you do increase the tb, the intake mani needs to be matched. If you don't want to do that , you can just get a taper bore.

Also you said a b-series is a bolt on, does that mean the sensors and coolant lines will hook up the same also? or The wires will and coolant i will have to connect together w/o running through the TB
Is this a good deal for a z6 IM

J35's have a 65mm throttle blade that can be fitted in a B-series 58/60mm housing. If I bring the 65mm blade and a TB, the local machinist charges me $40 to do this.

65mm leaves a B-series TB pretty thin-walled, I daresay you won't be able to do this to any D-series TB. Any B-series TB is going to require port matching to the IM, and 65mm might be more than you can port some of the D-series manifolds... I am *totally* not sure of that last bit, so take it with a whole cellar of salt.

I'd seriously just run a 60mm B-series unit and not ---- around. If boosted, 60mm TB isn't going to be a bottle neck on pump gas, and if NA the D-series port/valve size/bore is your limitation not a 60mm TB.
