Default body part interchangability??

Ya guys, I have a 91 Civic EX 4dr, and here lately I been having some REALLY shitty luck. I got some pretty bad dents in the drivers side fender, driver side front door, and passenger side front door. I'm just wondering what parts from other cars will fit. Are those parts on the hatchbacks and CRX's the same?? What about 88-89 cars? I know there are some differences between the 88-89 cars and 90-91 cars. Is body part size or the way they bolt up one of them?? Any help would REALLLY be appreciated....peaaace

doors are different.. 4dr cars have 4dr shorter doors and 2 dr have two longer doors.. so now way.. only civic 4dr. Differences between years would be seat belt mounting location. some are on the b pillar behind the door b4 the rear doors and some are on the front door.

as for fenders. CRX ones WILL NOT fit.. they have a different bulge on the fender. But a civic hb might, im not sure. Are the dents too bad to get them pulled out?
