Default Head?HG?Block or intake?

I have a big *** problem.
After i blow my y7 engine i build z6. SRP-tt-ARP head stads-ACL bearings -cometic hg.
I notched and honed block - then put all internals in. Car was ran good - with out any strange sound.. I drove it n/a till brake in... After 100mil a was in highway when at front of me cars started stops and make a traffic so i stop with them and my car shut down I started the car and only 3 cylinders was working - behind me was a lot of WITE smoke from my exhaust. I towing a car to the home, and take the head out. So there was nothing wrong with my new pistons Cometic gasket was like new - avery thing was looks good. I thought it is HG - I changed it wis OEM one. Put everything back and start the car... There was wite smoke again but all 4 cylinders was working. I take a ride for about 1 mile and come back home, after idle for 10 minutes car started work on 3 cylinders again and antifreeze come from second cylinder. So, what is wrong Head ? I went to the junk yard and pick up the head , come back home , changed it and put cometic HG back in. Start the car, same ---- ! Took all out again inspected the cylinders and not found anything. I looked at the intake manifold and found the antifreeze in the second spot - it is cylinder #2 . What you are think ? What is wrong ?I dont know what to do next - i am tired

coolent does run through your intake manifold, be sure your gasket is in tact and your bolting down your intake manifold in the correct sequence.
