why balance
or better yet rebalance-honda cranks are allready balanced from the factory pretty good
-better than just about any other company and so are your aftermarket parts so why rebalance? your not building a r6 motor that spins to 14K are you?

to balance the crank they need
Crank, flywheel, bolts.
they just weigh out the pistons/rods/bearings/pins/retainers/rings and match the weights on each set.
My machine shop told me that the crank I brought him was the best balanced crank he had ever seen. He said dont worry about the flywheel but I would bring it anyway. Especially if its an aftermarket unit.
