B20 Vtec questions.
First thing.
Is there a website that i could read up alot of info on the B20 Vtec swap?? isearched on a bunch of forums and couldnt find what i wanted to know
I want to run a b20 Vtec in my 97 integra. I have a GSR head and tranny. I dont plan on boosting it.
Do i need any kind of engine management?
Do I need to build the bottom end to go to 8000 RPMs?
Or can i pretty much just slap the head on the block throw it in and let her rip? (of course after running oil lines and timing and all that fun stuff)
Thanks

Plug the hole in the head and drill the dowel pins in the block/head and slap it on their and run the lines,.. Rumor has it that any b series motor made after 98 has a type r oil pump on it.
