i would go with the b18. having a h22 kinda sucks. i broke my rightside axle and ordered another one from placeracing and it's been 3 weeks now and i still don't have a axle :-\

Would you use stock(for the vehicle it came from) axles on an EK civic for both the b20 and h22?

Seeing that AbaZ but blew up his boosted B20/vtec :( I guess ill end up going with an h22. In one of the tuner magazines this month they had a eg hatch with an fully built h22a running 30psi on open deck sleeves(not stock) supposibly pushing in the area of 675HP ::).

anyone know if the sleeves are thicker/thiner on a h22a versus b20. just wondering how AbaZ split thoses sleeves with only 13psi of boost :(

I have broken 4 right side axles with my h22, holly ----, so now i finally built a strong axle with "strong axle parts" hehe

prelude inners. thats all, they are 2 times as thick as any other stock honda axle parts (just the internal parts like bearings and the little things the bearings go on)

Re:B20/Vtec or H22a?

you use GSR axles when you do the H22A swap, not H axles they're to long.

And I guess I don't understand what you were insulting me about the HP TQ numbers?

Its a fact, the larger your displacement the more torque you have. Horsepower is all in the gearing ratios, and power band of the engine (determined by compression, valve timing, etc).
