on a 2000 b16a2 engine where the thermostat sits there is a sensor right there.is that a coolant temperature guage sending unit? is it like the one one the cylinder head?my 90 integra dosent have a connector for it so i was wondering where it goes on my p28 ecu,btw,i did the obd-0 to 0bd-1 switch.

 

that should be the sensor to kick on the fan

 

on obd0 cars it's that two prong plug near the oil filter. its the temp switch for the fans. just cut the obd-0 plug off and run the wires to that sensor. You will need the obd-1 plug for it though.
