did u align the dizzy properly? meaning the motor is at #1 TDC Comp stroke (all valves closed) and the dizzy rotor is pointing at the #1 spark plug wire??

yes I aligned it. there is no spark at all, right now the distributor is off the car for testing on my brother's b16 hatch which will happen tomarrow. It's a real bitch not having a car, I have to borrow parent's cars and that's no fun, I need a car I can beat the hell out of.

who knows.. whatever. I just know that I saw it on Horsepower TV when they swapped in a gsr into that green civic. THey cut a hole in the dizzy cap and aligned the rotor and then put a new cap on.

hmmmmmmm....... i wonder what was the purpose of that? it seems like that would just be adjusting the timing?? i don't know though, you would think they would have a timing light on hp tv :-\
