sometimes randomly when i am getting on it in my car, it will cut out at 7500-8000 rpms, and it is somewhat random. the code it throws after it happens is a code 16, which is a fuel injector code. Any ideas what i should do? the plugs are on nice and tight, could i just have an injector stuck or something? thanks...

 

sounds like a bad fuel injector. or your fuel cut off is kicking on rev limiter.

 

any other ideas? i know its not the rev limiter, its got a stock p30, and it doesnt get anywhere near 8000...

 

check engines lights lower rev limiters on most codes

 

fix the code, i'm sure it will solve your problem. dirty or faulty injector(s) or a problem in the wiring somewhere.
