b16 cuts off at 7500, throws code 16??? HELP!!
 

sometimes randomly when i am getting on it in my car, it will cut out at 7500-8000 rpms, and it is somewhat random. the code it throws after it happens is a code 16, which is a fuel injector code. Any ideas what i should do? the plugs are on nice and tight, could i just have an injector stuck or something? thanks...

sounds like a bad fuel injector. or your fuel cut off is kicking on rev limiter.

any other ideas? i know its not the rev limiter, its got a stock p30, and it doesnt get anywhere near 8000... :'(

check engines lights lower rev limiters on most codes

fix the code, i'm sure it will solve your problem. dirty or faulty injector(s) or a problem in the wiring somewhere.
